After the sale their service is outstanding too. Had a slat come loose and they were here fast to fix it. Terrific company.

My wife and I have been wanting shutters in our house for years. The price is what always kept us from pulling the trigger. We looked at Home Depot, Lowe’s, and even Costco. One of my wife’s friends recommended that we call Rose and AZ Shutters N Blinds. I have to be honest, I was skeptical when Rose showed up and gave us a price 40% less expensive than even Costco. I voiced that concern and Rose invited me to tour their factory in Phoenix. Their showroom was very nice, with several different examples. Rose took me on a tour of the Factory and I was impressed. I decided right there we would give them our business. 5 weeks later, the installation team showed up and completely transformed our house. I was amazed at how fast the old blinds were taken down and the shutters were put up. They even filled the holes left by the blinds and disposed of them. I wish I could give Rose and the entire team at AZ Shutters N Blinds 10 stars. Thank you AZ Shutters N Blinds you are awesomel!

They were very competitively priced and more so when you factor in the quality vs cost of the other companies. Rose came out, was very professional and took the measurements which were spot on. She explained the options, listened to what we wanted and was able to meet all my requirements. The install date was only 3 weeks out, and was provided at the time of the quote. There's a valid reason why this company has such awesome reviews! I had called the team at AZ Shutters N Blinds two weeks ago looking to get repair done to shutters in a 25 year old home I had just moved in, with 25 year old shutters that needed fixing. I had asked Rose's advice on the items I wanted to take care of and had a great conversation for about 15 mins on the phone. She had given me a choice to consult at my home and or visit their showroom. I took the opportunity to visit them at their location on 23rd Avenue & McDowell. Rose was again quick to provide great customer service and assisted me in the repair. It's apparent she was very skilled at her craft and understood the best solution to my shutter problems. Albeit a relatively small job, I sincerely was amazed at the effort she put in to help me. It was also apparent that AZ Shutters N Blinds, also specialized in new shutter/window cover services as well. (Honestly, she could have just declined my business saying they don't specialize in small jobs like this but she didn't. Rose choose to help me). Well as it turns out, the home I moved into also needs new blinds and additional shutters in other rooms. Can you guess the person I'm going to call first, once I get to that point? Hint: I'm calling my new friend Rose at AZ Shutters N Blinds for any future needs, and making sure my family and friends do the same.

The quality is superior to the Norman and Hunter Douglas shutters we considered, after seeing exactly what they were made of - MDF pre fab wood with laminate - total garbage! These shutters are 100% wood and will last a lifetime. Thank you Rose for being there, educating us, and getting them made and installed the day we closed. You are wonderful. Anyone who is looking at shutters - must call Rose - other companies will sell you the sub par materials noted above, and charge you so much more - save the money and use for the upcoming holidays.
