 Firstly, ROSE was very professional and easy to work with.  We ended up with terrific looking and very functional plantation shutters.  ROSE was an absolute joy to deal with during the quotiation process, installation and thereafter.  Her customer service is exception.  We were explained in detail about their handcrafted product, provided with an on site estimate, and she helped us select the right color and options.  You cannot beat her price.
